Privacy Policy

01What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Site and to the messages you send us.

It does not apply to products that display “Powered by Astryn Systems”. Those products are owned and operated by their own companies, and their privacy policies explain how they handle your information. Where we build or run one of those products, we process information on the product owner’s behalf and under their instructions. If you have a question about your data in one of those products, please contact that product directly.

02Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message.
• Technical information. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically processes the standard technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of each request.
• No cookies or tracking. The Site does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers or social media pixels.

03How we use information

We use the information above to respond to your messages, to operate, maintain and secure the Site, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

04Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site:

• Vercel hosts the Site and processes the technical information described above.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces the Site uses. When the fonts load, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
• Our email provider stores the messages you send us.

These providers handle information under their own privacy terms and only as needed to provide their services.

05Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers above, when required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

06How long we keep information

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our records. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.

07Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To make a request, email hello@astrynsystems.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

09International visitors

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed outside the country where you live.

10Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
